Johnna Kershaw-Bond, Owner

Johnna Kershaw, the owner of JKB Bookkeeping LLC, is a certified bookkeeper and licensed tax preparer proudly serving Salem, Oregon. She loves partnering with small business owners to provide reliable, stress-free bookkeeping services that keep their finances organized and their businesses running smoothly.

Over the years, Johnna has helped more than 100 local businesses with desktop and online bookkeeping in the Salem area. From brand-new startups to well-established companies, she offers outsourced bookkeeping and tax preparation tailored to your needs—whether that means reorganizing your books or stepping in to take over day-to-day bookkeeping.

When Johnna is not supporting small businesses with professional bookkeeping services in Salem, you’ll usually find her fishing with her husband or soaking up quality time with her grandkids.

Kaytlin Gilbreth, Assistant

Kaytlin Gilbreth serves as a Bookkeeper Assistant with a primary focus on payroll administration. Since joining JKB Bookkeeping in 2018, she has become a dependable and valued member of the team, known for her consistency, reliability, and practical hands-on experience. With a background in art, Kaytlin brings a thoughtful blend of creativity and precision to her work, evident in her meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. She is dedicated to supporting businesses and takes pride in streamlining complex payroll processes so they remain accurate, efficient, and stress-free.

Outside the office, Kaytlin enjoys spending time with her family, playing video games, and sharing board game nights with her partner and their two children.
